Immigration:

• Business visa applications: ¥33,000 - ¥66,000

M&A and Funding:

• M&A planning and execution: 1% - 2% of the transaction value

• Due diligence: ¥220,000 - ¥550,000

• Funding consultation: ¥11,000 - ¥22,000 per hour

 

Copyright and Traffic Accidents:

• Copyright registration: ¥11,000 - ¥22,000

• Copyright protection consultation: ¥11,000 - ¥22,000 per hour

• Traffic accident investigation and claims: 20% - 30% of the damages recovered

 

Additional Fees:

• Travel expenses: Actual costs incurred

• Expert witness fees: Actual costs incurred

 

Payment:

Fees are typically payable in advance. Kataya Legal Office accepts cash and bank transfers.
